What we don't do

Your lab report file is never uploaded to our servers. Text extraction (including OCR for scanned reports) runs entirely in your browser. We do not use your data to train any model, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising.

What we store

Once your report is matched, we store the matched readings (contaminant, value, unit, verdict) and, if you provide them, your email address, state, and lab name. That's used to show you your report again and, if you request the paid copy, to email it to you. The raw extracted text is discarded after matching.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Deletion

Email contact with your report link to request deletion at any time.
